Phazes LLC (“Phazes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high‑quality coaching, grief support, and related services. This Refund and Support Policy explains how refunds, rescheduling, and support requests are handled for our sessions, programs, workshops, and events.

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
   •    1:1 coaching sessions
   •    Packages and programs
   •    Workshops, classes, and live or virtual events
   •    Retreats and specialty offerings, unless a specific event has its own written policy
If a specific program or event has its own written refund terms, those terms will apply in case of any conflict with this policy.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling – Individual Sessions
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect your time and ours, the following applies to individual sessions:
   •    You may cancel or reschedule a session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty.
   •    If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session start time, no refunds will be issued.
   •    If you cancel less than 24 hours before a session, the funds may be transferred to another session date/time, subject to availability and agreement.
   •    “No‑show” appointments (failing to attend without notice) are not refundable and may not be eligible for transfer, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds – Events, Workshops, and Retreats
For group events (including workshops, classes, and retreats):
   •    Cancellations more than X days/weeks before the start date: You may receive a refund or credit, as specified in the event details.
   •    Cancellations within X days/weeks of the event start date: Refunds may be limited or unavailable, depending on venue commitments, materials, and other costs already incurred.
   •    Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event start: No refunds will be issued.
   •    If you cancel less than 24 hours before an event, funds may be transferred to another event or session of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and our approval.
If Phazes LLC must cancel an event, you will typically be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer/credit to a future event.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected life events, emergencies, or serious situations can arise. In extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to the above policies on a case‑by‑case basis.
Examples may include serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events. We may request reasonable documentation, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

5. Packages and Programs
For multi‑session packages or longer programs:
   •    Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement, unused sessions are not automatically refundable.
   •    In some cases, unused sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another date, or transferred to another person, with our prior approval.
   •    If you wish to discontinue a package or program early, any potential partial refund or credit will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account sessions already used, program materials delivered, and administrative costs.
Details specific to a particular package or program may be outlined in a separate agreement or onboarding document.

Please include your full name, the date and type of session/event, and whether you are requesting a refund, reschedule, or transfer. We aim to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Support Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings or business practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
