About the event
This outdoor mini-retreat is an invitation to reconnect with Mother Nature, the river, and yourself. Set along one of Colorado's life-giving waterways, we’ll explore the quiet, meditative movements that fly fishing naturally embodies—rhythm, presence, patience, and release.
Designed especially for beginners, your introductory fly-fishing experience is paired with guided reflection and gentle life coaching. As we learn to cast, read the water, and move with the current, we’ll also turn inward—creating space to acknowledge losses, unfinished grief, life transitions or anything that is seeking for attention. The river becomes both teacher and companion as we practice noticing what we’re ready to hold, and what we may be ready to let go.
This is a small-group experience (limited to just a few women) to ensure safety, individualized instruction, and a supportive, intimate container. Expect a blend of practical fly-fishing instruction, intentional pauses, river-side conversations, and quiet moments of personal reflection.
