An Experienced Life & Wellness Coach in Albuquerque
Every person's journey is shaped by the experiences that challenge them, change them, and ultimately help them grow. Mine has been shaped by grief, recovery, resilience, and a deep belief that no one should have to navigate life's most difficult seasons alone. Today, as a life & wellness coach in Albuquerque, I help individuals find hope, build resilience, and move forward through compassionate coaching, emotional safety & healing, and meaningful experiences in nature.
In 2009, I lost my father. Ten years later, I lost my brother, and in 2021, I said goodbye to my mother. Each loss changed me in different ways, teaching me about grief, resilience, love, and the incredible strength it takes to keep moving forward.
During the pandemic, I experienced another kind of loss. I lost my community, my job, and my home. Like so many others, I found myself rebuilding my life from the ground up. Looking back, those experiences didn't define me—they transformed me. They deepened my understanding of loss, strengthened my resilience, and inspired me to create the kind of support I wished I'd had during my own journey.
My mission is to create a compassionate, welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, and supported through life's most challenging seasons. Through coaching, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences, I help individuals navigate grief, recovery, and life's transitions with honesty, hope, and practical guidance. My goal is to walk alongside each person as they reconnect with themselves, rediscover what matters most, and move forward with greater purpose, resilience, and joy.
With more than a decade in recovery, I've learned that healing isn't a destination—it's an ongoing process of growth, self-discovery, and learning to embrace life again.
Therapy has always been an important part of my own healing, and I continue to value the difference it can make. When I began working with a coach, I discovered something that complemented that experience in a powerful way. Coaching offered partnership, accountability, and a forward-looking approach that helped me focus not only on where I'd been, but on where I wanted to go.
That experience inspired me to become the coach I once needed. Today, I support people navigating grief, recovery, life's transitions, and personal growth coaching with compassion, honesty, and practical guidance, walking beside them as they create a meaningful next chapter.
Healing begins by feeling seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe every person's story is unique, so every coaching experience should be too. My role isn't to tell you what your future should look like—it's to create a supportive environment where you can explore it with confidence.
Together, we'll focus on building resilience, strengthening relationships, discovering new possibilities, and creating lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. My approach combines compassionate coaching, mindfulness, practical tools, and retreat experiences that encourage reflection, connection, and lasting personal growth.
Becoming a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) deepened my understanding of the connection between movement, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. While coaching and yoga are different practices, they share a common purpose: creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and approach life's challenges with greater awareness and compassion. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices that support emotional balance, reflection, and personal growth.
Some of life's most meaningful moments happen outdoors. Nature has a remarkable way of helping us slow down, breathe deeply, and see life from a different perspective. That's why I incorporate retreat experiences into my practice, creating opportunities for reflection, meaningful conversation, mindfulness, and genuine connection in peaceful natural settings. These experiences are designed to complement coaching, offering space to heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me outdoors. I enjoy fly fishing, uphill skiing, hiking, cooking, preserving food, creating art, and spending time in nature. These moments remind me to slow down, stay curious, and appreciate the simple things that bring joy and meaning to everyday life.
I believe healing isn't only about overcoming difficult experiences—it's also about rediscovering what makes life fulfilling. That belief shapes both the way I live and the way I support others, creating a coaching experience rooted in hope, connection, and possibility.
Every journey begins with a single conversation. If you're looking for compassionate guidance through grief, recovery, a life transition, or a season of personal growth, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you. Together, we'll create a path forward that feels authentic, hopeful, and uniquely yours.
